Our weight keeps on changing due to presence of water in our body. You will see changes in your weight through out the day with every weighing scale. Our weight is minimum in the morning time and it increases in the evening. Best time to measure your weight is early morning empty stomach. To measure true results in weight loss, one should measure the weight after 15 days.

Hi Always check your weight after fasting for 7 to 9 hours . This will show the correct weight . Never check your in the afternoon and night because the digestive is working for the nutrientional absorption and lot of metabolic activities take place internally in the body.
