Belly reduction after c section delivery
Hi Docs, Its been 3 months since i had my c section. My belly has reduced to some extend but it is not yet reached pre pregnancy stage. Can you all suggest what should i do. simple walking will help me reducing the belly or i have to join postnatal classes Thanks in advance

Postnatal exercises will help you. You should go slow. You can start vigorous exercise schedule after 6 months of Caesarean.

Belly after normal delivery and c section is due to weakness of rectus muscle so you have to strengthen your rectus muscle by doing abdominal excersize.consistancy is the key for success.
