I've done many diets which were low in carbs, fat and high in protein and did intense workout in the gym for 1 hour daily 6 days a week. I have reduced 5 kgs through this year but now whatever i do my belly fat isn't going. No exercise or diet is working out

Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. take green salad twice a day .use olive or rice bran oil for cooking take very light dinner and there should be a gap of 2 hours atleast between dinner and sleep.ask me directly for customized diet plan .
