Hello, It is important to understand that fat loss takes place overall and not from a specific area on the body. There is no spot reduction that takes place. By eating right and with regular physical exercise mainly aerobic exercises with core strengthening exercises will help you in reducing the belly fat as well as overall fat. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your lifestyle, routine, sleep, stress, eating habits, height, weight, etc. This helps in understanding the gap areas & guiding you better. Following tips can be of help as a start - 1. Set in a routine for sleep, food & exercise 2. Eat balanced meals 3. Exercise for 45 minutes to an hour mainly cardio or aerobic exercises as they help in burning fat. Also, core strengthening exercises are helpful. 4. Avoid fried foods, sweets, refined flour, packaged & processed foods 5. Drink 2-3 liters of water 6. Eat high fiber foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, etc. 7. Never skip meals
