Beeping sound in ear and pain

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Iam suffering from ear pain in both ears from nearly one month from few days in my right ear I can hear beeping sound like some machine beep but in a very low frequency. I have been also diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency, it is 140 I have other sympyoms as well like tingling sensation in hands burning sensation etc. And iam prescribed to take supplements as well as injection for it. could vitamin b12 deficiency a is the cause of it.what should I do of it is not related to it.

Hi good morning, Any type of sound in ears is called tinnitus. It is mostly a ringing sound, but at times it can be roaring sound. Beeping sound is quite uncommon. Some times tinnitus is due to middle ear or external ear problems and this can be treated very well. Tinnitus due to inner ear problems are difficult to treat. Tinnitus due to Vit.
