Beard and head hair getting white
Hello.. my beard hair is getting white. Almost 100 hairs got white. Also my head hair is also got white approx 200. I smoke 2-3 cigrates per day. Is it possible to turn them black again. Thànku

2-3 cig has not much significsnce to greyin of hairs.   It has other health hazards Get vit b12 checked Comsult me online to prevent further greyin of hairs

First of all , you have to stop smoking and alcohol. Improve nutrition. There are remedies available for gray hair. But nothing is 100% effective. If its recent onset, its possible to revert them to black. Or atleast stop the progress.
