I had undergone barrage laser for multiple retinal lattice with hole on both eye. As the procedure on both eye is done completely where lattice and hole are sealed.
I want to ask that my profession is Chartered Accountant where i use mobile and laptop to a greater times, so is this will lead to future retinal tear or holes. Or the retinal tear or hole is not associated with the usage of mobile phones and laptop.
Please guide me.

Sir the Retinal lattice degeneration, tear or holes is not at all related to any kind of near work like Laptops/ Computer/ Mobile use. It's because of your myopia where the axial length of the eye is more leading to kind of stretching of Retina leading to thinning or tear. Follow a proper working pattern given below while using your Laptop/ Mobile and go for 6 monthly dilated Retina examination or earlier if you get any sudden increase of floaters or disturbances in vision.
Few instructions:
1. Follow 20-20 rule. After every 20 minutes of any near work say laptops, mobile or reading take a break and focus for 20 seconds at a far away object at least 20 meters away.
2. Frequently blink your eyes while working, if not possible to remind yourself to blink then at least after 30 minutes of your work slowly close your eyes 10 times.
3. Adequate water intake at least 3-4 litres per day
4. Adequate sleep at least for 7-8 hours
5. Do not rub the eye
6. Use anti reflective coated glasses if you have spectacles
7. Cold compress to the eyes 3 times a day (Can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cold water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds
