Hi,
My daughter recently had a barrage laser procedure for a small retinal hole.
She is fine and had no symptoms like floaters etc before or after the procedure.
The doctor who did the procedure said we could give her some gummies with lutein and zeaxanthin when I enquired about supplementation.
But she will be 18 soon and I have also read gummies aren't a great way to supplement.
So can give her some tablets
supplements of the same composition? If yes, which ones?
Thank you.
