Baldness hairfall
I am suffering from baldness. In allopathy they suggested minoxidil which is a vasilodilator. Which improves blood circulation therby preventing baldness. Is there any vasilodilator medicine available in homeo for topical use on scalp.

Hairfall is due to harmonal imbalance and hereditary factor. Its called AGA. Just providing vasodilators may not be totally helpful.
It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated.

Why do want to use vasodilator. Vasodilators are only going to help till you use them to a certain extent and after stopping them, there will be vasoconstriction which is going to increase the rate of hair thinning. In homoeopathy there are lots of medicines which have long term effects in slowing down the rate of thinning
