Greetings. Black heads are actually a type of acne. You need to get them removed by comedone extraction and prevent their recurrence by using topical retinoid under prescription of a dermatologist. This will also improve appearance of open pores over time. Hope this helps. Warm regards Dr Govind S Mittal, Bengaluru.

Treatment for Oily Skin:-Face Wash with Rejuglow Facewash / Saslic DS Wash/ Episoft OC Cleanser, wash 2-3 times daily. Stop oil application over Scalp. Avoid sweets in diet. Increase intake of water. For Blackheads & Whiteheads :- Try Deriva MS gel once in a week at night ( very little ) only on affected area . Strong gel. Do not rub or over apply

Thanks for the query. These are possibly comedones and removing them with nails may cause a problem, you need to find why are they happening and it can be done easily by consulting a dermatologist. Salicylic acid based face washes can work well for you and chemical peels in multiple sessions can also be considered. Kindly consult a dermatologist for precise treatment plan
Next Steps
A good skin care regimen comprises 4 steps - cleansing, toning, moisturizing and sunblock. Based on your skin type, a dermatologist will recommend you appropriate products.

Hi Thanks for your query. Oily skin is a common cosmetic problem that is characterized by medium to large-sized pores, a shiny appearance, especially around the area of the nose, chin, and forehead, and a tendency to develop blemishes and blackheads. Stress, medications, hormones, incorrect products and changes in seasons can rob skin of needed moisture, causing it to produce a surge of oil to compensate for what’s lacking; overuse of products including make-up which is not suitable for your skin type, and sun tan can injure skin and cause it to produce excess oil. Skin always reacts in the opposite way to the way we want it to: the more vigorously you attempt to remove the sebum, the more skin will produce oil to replace it. It is therefore important to consult a dermatologist to understand what kind of products are to be used according to your skin type. A dermatologist can help you identify various cleansers, etc. which are most suitable to your skin to not only get immediate relief from oily skin but also avoid unpleasant itching and dryness. There are various chemical peels available which helps in cleaning the pores from within and it is always advisable to get peels done from a well-qualified dermatologist only.   Following health feeds should be helpful : "Understanding Chemical Peels" by Dr. Jolly Shah Kapadia - https://www.practo.com/healthfeed/understanding-chemical-peels-8036/post
