I have oily skin and have a lot of blackheads on my nose. Which is the best face wash/exfoliator for oily skin?

A good skin care regimen comprises 4 steps - cleansing, toning, moisturizing and sunblock. Based on your skin type, a dermatologist will recommend you appropriate products. You can select a face wash that has 2% strength of salicylic acid for usage. Try using a lip balm with sunblock. Hope it helps.
