Bad stomach

Hello there I m already suffering from gastric problem as it's hereditary...but nows days m not able to manage if I don't eat something or other for 1hour also it comes gas in stomach. .. Kindly suggest me how shall I get rid of this n it get more then pain on my back neck badly..

Heelo, I can understand your concern, it clearly shows that your digestive system is not functioning properly, even though if you take meals at small intervals it will relieve you temporarily, but the root cause of the problem has to be addressed, and it need not be run in the family, it has more to do with life style and also you mental and emotion aspect, few people get gastric troubles when they become nervous or anxious. So a complete and detailed case taking is requires to treat the root cause of the sickness. It can be cured by taking homeopathic treatment.

hi, i would suggest that you take meals at an interval of 2 hrs. and avoid all the foodstuffs that you have observed that cause you troubles as u said it's hereditary too homoeopathy does consider this family history based on which your medicine can be given accordingly .

Hello.
Have frequenct small meals than having large ones. Donot drink water during meals. Try to avoid eating while you are disturbed. If by any chance you have any worries or stress, speak it out. Take homoeopathic medicines after consulting a homoeopathic physician.

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take esmoprezole 20 mg once daily at night before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
