Hello. The water is the pus which is coming out from an infected tooth. As you have mentioned it is the last tooth. It can be inflamed gums ( pericoronitis) from your wisdom tooth.

In my opinion  You May have Pericoronitis that is common from the last Molar Teeth at this time. You can visit dentist it can be treated by Simply taking Medication but it is a Symptomatic treatment it may recurr again but the permanent solution can be the tooth extracted or cleaning the pericoronitis Gingiva by Normal Saline by a Dentist

It may be because of any decayed tooth or food lodgement in particular area. Anyway you have to consult a dentist. It can lead to infection and pain if it is not attended properly
