Hello Bad odour or bad smell is most of the times due to pyorrhoea or gingival disease that needs a proper round of teeth scaling and polishing, professional dental care is needed now. You cannot treat it at home. You need to visit your dentist and get teeth cleaning done, after that some instructions will be given to you such as a mouthwash which you will have to use for a couple of days that will help relieve your problem and also maintain the health of your gums

Bad smell from mouth can be due to 1. Plaque and calculus deposit around your teeth. 2. Pyorrhea( Advanced form of gum disease where gums bleed while brushing) 2. Gastric issues 3. Active dental cavities Visit your dentist for a checkup so that the reason for bad smell is clear. Then your dentist will advice you the best treatment available.  Mostly we advice a thorough professional ultrasonic cleaning of all the teeth followed by using mouthwash.  You can maintain it by getting dental checkup done every 6 months.
