Firstly get your scaling and polishing ( cleaning of teeth) done from a dentist . It is recommended for everyone at least once a year. After that home maintainence by twice a day brushing, flossing and mouthwash. Besides oral hygiene bad breath can also be caused from nose block and sinus issues, mouth breathing, gastric issues like acidity etc. You have to consult a doctor to diagnose the exact cause of your bad breath
