I've had fungal infection 6 months ago, i got the proper treatment and cured my infection but after a month, it came back with the same symptoms. I've done all the tests related to STI and STD, everything is normal. I don't understand why i kept growing same infection again and again. Also, i experience itching on my vulva on the regular basis.
What should i do to avoid getting infected again and again?

In case of recurrent fungal infection diabetes should be ruled out.
If you are using V wash try to stop it completely else it will also trigger repeated infection.
Maintaining vaginal hygiene is also the important practice which includes taking bath daily , using cotton innerwear
