Is it a yeast or bacterial infection?
From past 2 months I am having severe vaginal itching. To mention I am not sexually active yet. It's very irritating also my vaginal discharge doesn't seems to be healthy as it is thick in texture and yellowish pale in colour, also it does have foul odour in it. What could be done to resolve it? Any oral ointments or drug required?

According to ur histry it looks like vaginal candidiasis but it can be a mixed infection .
