Everyone's stool has got bacteria. Your doctor might request some tests to identity the bacteria if your child is symptomatic. On its own, the report you have attached could be taken as normal, provided your child is well.

Stool routine for everyone consists of bacteria. Should we treat it or not depends on child's symptoms like whether he has any signs of infective diarrhoea. Any fever etc. Suggest to take child to nearby pediatrician. &follow advice accordingly. Regards
