Backache, numbness in toes
I have started feeling numbness in my toes and fingers, my sitting posture is not straight and I do feel back ache while working (sitting in chair) and driving.

• Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Keep your posture correct always during, traveling and sitting. For Posture learning please visit nearest physiotherapy centre. And do some spinal exercise for strengthening of your back. Some time it may be due to oestiophytes in lumbar vertebrae?
