Backache after c-section!
Hi...I'hd emergency c section 8 months back.... till 5 months there was no pain in my spine but after that I'm having spine pain... it is increasing day by day... today i felt bad lower back ache too.... what can i do to treat it. Pls help!

Pain in the spine so after 8months is mainly due to wrong posture .
Next Steps
sit straight ,give back rest . take calcium tab daily .

It may not be related to spinal during csec. Plz consult and orthopaedic for this. Til then use hot formentation n some pain ointment.

It is commonly due to wrong position while breastfeeding Also u need to take calcium supplements during lactation
