Hello Doctor,
I had low back pain because of which I was on bed rest for 3 weeks.
Now that I would start going to office, my physio suggested that I use back support pad and seat wedge, alongwith the exercises he has suggested.
PFA my MRI report.
I have below queries:
1. Is seat wedge necessary, considering I would not be driving the car myself
2. Is Apollo Pharmacy Back Support Pad good or should I go for some other brand
Thanks
