Back stiffness while sleeping straight
I have suffered from disc prolapse since 2011 to 2013, after some pain relief treatment and massage therapy, I was able to do normal work, only thing i cant still do is carry weight more than 4 to 5 kg, my reason to reach practo today is that...since couple of months i am have severe back stiffness if i just lay on my back..i mean sleep straight for just 5 min...if i sleep side ways it does not occur...please help me understand what could be the issue

Hello...... When you sleep straight due to exaggerated lumbar lardosis you are having stiffness... But most of times disc prolapse is anterior...  Don't heighten your pillow  sleep to one side...  If you are having symptoms similar to past you must consult neurologist......
