Disc prolapse
Hello sir! I had mild disc prolapse at c5- c6 level 2 yes back ,now I have pain in shoulder and arm.My problem is pain is more when I dropped my shoulder.Can u plz suggest good exercise for my problem

In the presence of pain, it's not a good idea to do any exercise, it may worsen the pain. A detailed Neurological evaluation is necessary to see if there is any subtle numbness or weakness. If necessary a scan may be needed. Its better to consult a Neurospine specialist before embarking on anything.
