Back side pain..while sleeping
Few days back i have changed my pillow after that I have back pain. While sleeping no issue but while sitting or driving I feel pain.if I sit continuosly then i have unbearable pain. I have taken aceclow for pain and neurobion forte. On my friend brother suggestions as he is a physian

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
