Back Problem
AP diameter for L4-L5 is 9.5 and L5-S1 is 6.5. My mri report says diffuse bulge-left foramin protrusion of L4-L5 disc with mild Facet joint anthropathy and ligamentum flavum hypertropy indenting thecal sec and compressing L4 L5 nerve root I have no pain in Back and bare able tingling in left leg. Can anyone help will it get better will I be able To live normal Life and go to gym again. If my disc bulge reduces will My Ap diameter increase. Please help I am developing anxiety

What are your current symptoms If there was no pain ,who has suggested MRI You need to see a doctor to discuss ur symptoms IVDP can resolve over time in most patients If properly assessed and treated, you should be able to go back to gym with some precautions and restrictions You can be treated depending on the present condition,
