Back pain while sitting on bike
From last 2 weeks I m feeling back pain while sitting on bike...after 15 min of sitting on bike back pain started..and while climbing up the stairs knee pain..sometimes calf pain.. Done c section delivery before 10 months. What should I do

Please do exercise. Apply pain balm. Best will be to meet an orthopedic surgeon if it doesn't subside
