I am suffering from back pain, body pain , stomach ache and loose motion from 2-3 days. Please help me

1.most likely u have acute gastroenteritis 2.tab oflomac Tz 1 tab twice daily after food for 3 days 3.tab pantocid DSR 1 tab once daily before breakfast
