Back pain problem
Mam i just sneezed and after that i am having back pain whenever i bend or move..i tried to put heat bag on it but no relief

Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.

Next Steps
visit an experienced physiotherapist.. take IFT or traction for pain relief.. do supervised core n back strengthening exercises.. Learn n strictly follow postural n ergonomic advice

Acute pain require rest and medications.physiotherapy is not indicated unless there is a clear cut diagnosis in spinal pain.
Next Steps
please approach an orthopaedic surgeon and follow the steps.if it is disc problem physiotherapy is indicated after 3 weeks.
