I am 25 years old. i have back pain in thoracic region. 2 weeks before i undergone nissen fundoplication surgery for GERD issue. i had stomach bloating, acid reflux, excessive burping and back ache before surgery. now after surgery my stomach issues gets concluded and only back ache remains. what could be the reason? does issue in stomach cause back ache. i dont have fever and any other issue. i can bent forward and backward. i can do my daily activities without any struggle but my back pain remains constant in right side. i done chest x ray, ECG, blood test all are clear. kindly suggest me what should i do next.

Does the pain increase at night??
Is the pain also in ribs and knees??
Do u get morning stiffness??
