Back pain,
Im only a teen and I am having horrible lower back pain. I cant bend backwards, it hurts to sit and lay. My neck hurts and i have headaches. I play basketball so idk what to do.

X-ray must. Physiotherapy treatment must. Stretching exercises of full spine .avoid long sitting and standing till relief

• Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Ur back problem & neck problem is probably because of poor posture.

Get xray of ur neck to rule out cervical spondylosis
