I am experiencing a back pain in my upper back muscle since 4 days. The pain is at a particular point on the lower part of my upper back on the left side. I dont know how to deal with it. Please help

Pain in this age group is usually due to poor posture and muscle tone correct your sitting posture and do upper and lower back exercises
Give hot fomentation to that area and apply a gel

Take a hard rubber ball. Keep the ball in between your back & a wall. Compress the ball with your back & gently move it in around your painful back area. To further understand this just search" myofascial release ball youtube." This is absolutely safe & won't make your situation worse.
