Back pain from the last 10-12 days
Suffering from mild back pain from last week. When I woke up feeling okay but after some time it again attract my attention. What could be the root cause. I sleep on the floor and no mattress.

Muscle spasm can be due to defeciency too Check blood values of calcium , vitamin d,b12

Muscle spasm most likely.. after sleep, muscle are relaxed, so no pain.. after activities, muscle are in spasm.. so pain
