Back pain for last 10 days
I had sever back pain for last 10 days. Can't site for long hours travelling worsen my pain. Sneezing and coughing aggravate the pain.

Hello there. You need to rest your body first. Lower back muscles are one of the breathing muscles group. So, when sneeze, you are contracting those muscles and it leads to more pain. If there is lot of stiffness with spasm, apply ice. Hot water fermentation if only pain.
