Back pain ( entire back)
I m having back pain(2 years)covering almost entire back from neck to waist. I went to orthopaedic doctors and accupressure therepy but no improvement. I reduced my pain through exercise not completely but partially.  But from 2-3 weeks the pain increased to intense . I m not able to do my daily routine properly. It hurts in sleeping , walking , Bending , breathing , turning or do any exercise. I consulted to a doctor 10 days ago he told me muscle is tight(strained) and prescribed me medicines but pain came back as medicines finished . Now i don't understand what to do. Please if any comments or suggestions...
