Back pain due to disc issues
I have attached scan report. Is this can be cured permanently. I have back pain since 8 months. Currently taking treatment in Siddha. I am working as a software engineer at a startup company. Need to sit and work for atleast 9hrs per day. I used to go for jogging in the morning and I stopped now as I feel pain increased.

Disc dessication and mild prolapses which are quite common in the current generation of young people unfortunately cannot be treated permanently (Truth be told) But the good news is one can prevent the further progression with various lifestyle modifications and precautionary measures
Next Steps
Scans overestimate the problem you should start speaking on what exactly bothers you is it the pain in the neck or back or do you also have radiation along your arms or legs
Health Tips
don't think over these reports rather act to change lifestyle starting with keeping fit and taking walks every hour out from the desk
