First trimester does not cause back pain. It is seen only by end of 2nd trimester when the fetus and uterus grow beyond 2 kg. Seek consult for what is cause of back pain

Instead of using over the counter medicines it is better to consult a gynecologist As it involves both the baby and mother Usually in first trimester u don't have severe back pain Should rule out for any infection or any related complication
