It started from a niggle in the back and now I face back pain and leg pain which is regular. I feel numbness in the morning in foot

Probably a case of disc prolapse....get MRI of lumbosacral spine....start tb pregabaline 75 mg hs, tb zerodol-MR 1 BD, tb pan 40 Od empty stomach...do hot fomentation lower back
