Back pain and
I have been suffering from back ache for the past 20 days exactly in the middle bone. The back is feeling very rigid.

Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.

Hi consult a Physiotherapist. Keep cold pack. Get mobilised your middle back. It is a simple case of thoracic stiffness. Could be because of bad postures.

In my opinion u need to go for few blood test like calcium vitamin d vitamin b12...as pain can be because of these deranged values...u need to go for physiotherapy sessions like IFT/ US / hot pack...followed by strengthening exs of back...get well soon take care

Consult a physiotherapists initially and then you will get a clear picture of your issue. It can be resolved easily under proper guidance.

apply slightly warm mustard oil to your back muscles around the painful centre. make somebody to give hot water treatment to you on the muscle part. minimum for twenty minutes. this will provide you a good relief.    do it twice a day. also consult a physiotherapists.
