Back pain and feeling tingling in nerves
While working out o guess I pulled a muscle in my back. And since then I feel pain in my back and tingling in my nerves all over the body sometimes. And sometimes I feel the lips are numb too.

Pulling of back muscles won't cause tingling all over body... Especially lips ...For back pain try rest and if does not heal show a Doctor
