I m 30 year old. My son was born in 2013 through c section. When i was
pregnant, at the time my back pain started. My gynecologist told, as i am so lean and increase in belly size led to back pain. i am still suffering from lower back pain. I cannot sleep on back, i cannot stand for more time. I m unable to lift objects. Then i feel my back is too heavy and unable to move. Now my weight increased. So i wanted to do some exercise. Kindly advise me that what kind of exercise i can do for weight reduction. I have interest in aerobic dance exercise, but i am scared to do
because of back pain. Kindly provide me ur valuable opinion in this.
