Back pain -After accident
Hi doctor I meet with an accident 4 months before but till now I m having pain in my back And I can't seat for long time or walk it will pain I have done x-ray nothing came What shall be the next step kindly suggest it's paining a lot

Although u don’t have any visible issue in ur back but there can be muscle spasm in ur back n which causing pain and may b postural issue. So meet Physiotherapist and take treatment for few days and start strengthening exercises.

It's a post trumatic back pain.  Bcz of injury ur back muscle got weak.  So do consult physiotherapist
