If it is confine to buttocks only it may be due to piriformis muscle tightening. Go for it's stretching exercises. And apply hot pack.

Your back pain could be due to muscle strain or bad posture or disc lesion. How long do you have kidney stones? Are you taking any medicine? Does your back pain is radiating? How long do you have this pain? Do you have previous history of back pain?
Next Steps
You should give hot water fomentation for 15 - 20 minutes twice a day for three days to the affected site. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should take breaks in between your work for 5 minutes for every one hour. You should sit straight with back support. Avoid bending activities. Avoid lifting heavy weights. Avoid prolonged sitting or standing keep changing your posture. You should do back strengthening and stretching exercises with proper guidance.
