I have serious problem with my back as it triggers pain like some one is needling me all the time.
The exact problem areas are lower back and back neck.
Please help me which specialist should i consult or go to a Physiotherapist.

Please consult a nearby Orthopaedician to first assess your problem and make sure there is nothing wrong with your spine.
He shall advise you on further treatment in the form of physiotherapy or as needed.

Hello....... back pain could be due to paraspinal muscle spasm , intervertibral disc bulge or herniation,damaged bone or ligament,radiculopathy ( small nerve root irrigation) ..it s not possible to comment without x ray ,MRI, ... Improper posture while working or sleeping can also aggravate back pain consult orthopedic surgeon
