Back and neck pain
I am suffering from back and neck pain which I'm having 24*7. Even while I lie down,I have pain. The pain gets worse when I drive or do my desk job. I have pain in shoulders , neck and upper back .please advise.

If you are only suffering from upper back pain and neck pain thn you might have condition called trapezitis.  You should consult with physiotherapist 1st.  He will teach you some exercise.  Which is definitely give relief from your back pain

apply hot fermentation for 15 min. avoid forward head posture and do some relaxation exercise.  this will definitely help u out

Posture corrections must . Avoid toward bending. Stretching exercises of neck and shoulder. Meet physiotherapist

Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Greetings,  sorry about the pain.  You have a stiff upper and lower back. Give ice for 5-10 minutes once or twice a day as home remedy.
Next Steps
get to see a physio with knowledge about trigger point therapy and posture correct and your pain will be solved.  you just need a good massage combined with trigger point therapy and you can feel improvement in pain right from first visit   based on your problem physio will decide number of sessions needed.  in 1 weeks time you should be 100% better. later exercise to correct your posture will help you permanently get relief from future pain episodes.
