I am suffering from back and neck pain which I'm having 24*7. Even while I lie down,I have pain. The pain gets worse when I drive or do my desk job. I have pain in shoulders , neck and upper back .please advise.

If you are only suffering from upper back pain and neck pain thn you might have condition called trapezitis. You should consult with physiotherapist 1st. He will teach you some exercise. Which is definitely give relief from your back pain

Greetings, sorry about the pain. You have a stiff upper and lower back. Give ice for 5-10 minutes once or twice a day as home remedy.
