Back and leg problems
This condition has to do with my son whose age 34 who has been through about five or six Dr it has to do with his L3 L4 also L5 S1 has a bone spur the L3 L4 herniated disc and anial tears. Nobody wants to operate he has had injections in the spine and injections in the sacroiliac joint with no relief. He's had two MRIs on the lumbar and one MRI on the sacroiliac joint he has no reflex in the left leg and no muscle tone in the left leg and nobody seems to want to do anything to help my son please

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. • Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. • Avoid bending in front. • Downward dog yoga stretch • Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.
