⢠Bhujang Asana â Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Back pain with out leg pain usually settles with physio- IFT. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. If pain persists consult orthopaedic doctor
Definitely if u hurt a lot just have a x ray done and visit a ortho doctor mean while for home remedy kindly do have hot and cold pack simultaneously to relieve ur pain
