My baby weighs 2400gm at 36 week. Is it very low ? And what should I do to increase baby weight?what is an ideal weight at birth ?

Baby weight is not very low. Baby will gain another 500-600 gm if you have delivery at full term (40 weeks). You can do nothing at this stage. But you will get many  advises regarding diet and protein powder. But there is no way you can find out whether your baby gained weight just naturally or he/she gained weight because of protein powder.

Rather than the Weight it's the weeks the abdominal circuference is corresponding to is important U need to connect with the ultrasound report Ideal weight wud be 2.5 kg plus at birth

All okay.ideal birth weight is different  from country to country.as per Indian standard 2.5-4 kg is ok.and if percentile growth  is fine u neednot worry.
