Baby weight gain
My daughter is 45 days old.she was born with 2.8kg weight..and now she weighs 3.4 kg..is she growing healthy or she is under weight? She is on breast feeding..please suggest..I don't understand if milk is sufficient for her or not.. kindly guide me

Please feed the baby every 2hrs atleast .Feed the baby completely from one breast before shifting to other.Please check if 4-8 diapers are needed to be  changed in a day.If yes ,can wait and watch.Please consult in person every 3 months for anthropometry.tq

Weight gain is lesser than expected. Nothing to worry. It is quite common. Please visit a pediatrician for check up. They will guide you properly. Height and head size should also be measured with weight in infants

Check the urine output,if it is less than 4 times per 24 hours than it is worrysome

Weight is appropriating worry . Monitor urine output atleast baby shld pass 6-8 times per day . Monitor weight
