Baby weight at 29 weeks 4 days
Hello doctor,
I had my growth scan yesterday and as per report baby weight is 1280 grams. Radiologist said that weight is on lower side and it needs to be improved. AFI is 17cm and rest all parameters are normal as per radiologist.
Kindly suggest if the weight is very less and what can be done to improve the weight. I've a lot of heart burn issue and cannot digest anything heavy.

Only weight on scan is very inconclusive . If Doppler parameters are fine then no worries . But improve your diet by increasing the protein intake and rest in left lateral position. Consult online for better help

Weight is a very gross parameter
it is the weeks the abdominal circumference is corresponding to is important
a discrepancy of more than 2 weeks in the weeks of pregnancy by lmp and abdominal circumference is indicator of intrauterine growth restriction
a protein rich diet will help
