Hi, I have a 4.5-month-old daughter and I recently got covid.
so I took arachitol nano 60000iu oral solution once today. . since then my baby girl has been super active.
I read that this high dosage can cause her mental and physical problems
. Now I am really scared.
please advise what needs to be done.

High dosage of Vit D3 taken by mother won't cause any issues in baby, because vitamin D is secreted in very low quantity in Breast milk.
